W 1942 r., w trudnych czasach, zarząd Jawy zatwierdził plan rozwoju i tajną produkcję nowej gamy maszyn, motocykli w wersjach: wyścigi szosowe, żużlowe i motocyklowe.

Nie byli jednak w stanie ukończyć tych motocykli do końca okupacji. Po wojnie zgromadzono tylko kilka najbardziej kompletnych, ukończonych egzemplarzy.

In 1942, at a time when there were executions here even for just saying things, the Jawa management approved grand-scale development and secret production of a new range of machines in road racing, speedway and motorcycle competition versions. They were not able to complete these motorcycles by the end of the occupation. After the war, only a few of the most finished ones had been assembled. During the war, the occupiers unwittingly financed development, but in the post-war years to squander financial resources in a similar fashion was unthinkable.
